Interactivism 2018

Social activism through interactive communication systems.

The entry of new information technologies has transformed the way we communicate and relate. In this new communicative paradigm, designers have many more resources to generate new information-sharing systems. Interactivisme reviews some of these new systems, and focuses on analyzing one of them: communication systems based on interaction through interactive design.
The project wants to explore the opportunities offered by the interaction to disseminate messages and sensitize the user. It also shows how through these resources we can help transform society by providing visibility to social problems and generating new spaces for collective debate.

The project is complemented with Beatopic, an interactive installation that allows us to visualize in real time, the heart rate of various contents on Twitter.
