Stage Creative Project II – “Antígona” 2019
This play presents the discussion of two current topics such as morals and law. Antigone is the daughter of Oedipus and Iocasta, the ancient kings of Thebes. Her two brothers, Etéocle and Polynices have died each other. Creon, brother of Oedipus, decides to bury only Etéocle and leave unburied to Polynices. Antigone will not stand idly by and act accordingly. What is happiness? What is there to understand and what not? What do you understand by morality and by law? Is the discussion necessary? Are you able to leave everything for an idea? The world is naked and you need to do what you can.
