L’aprenentatge per descodificar la narrativa audiovisual 2021
This project carried out by students in Audiovisual and Multimedia Communication involves the creation of an application that, through gaming, will teach users to analyze the color of audiovisual content using movies. This application will consist of mini-games that will guide the user through the analysis of various films, actively interacting to discover the meaning of each color.
The new generations are constantly bombarded with audiovisual content, but they do not receive any education that helps them understand audiovisual narrative. Therefore, they continue to be passive spectators and, consequently, manipulable. The project is designed to improve this situation by providing tools to students and educational institutions to help students develop a critical perspective towards these media. The audiovisual narrative is so vast that it is unattainable in a single project, so I intend to focus on one of its tools: color.
To convey this information, I will use a game. While playing, we allow the student to learn specific content and, at the same time, stimulate mental energy, thereby increasing their motivation. To do this, I will conduct a series of workshops to discover what is inherently fun about watching and understanding the messages of movies. These workshops will be useful for building the mini-games that I will use to teach color in the audiovisual narrative context.
