Pol Toro studied the Degree in Performing Arts – Acting at the University School of Arts ERAM – UdG. Pol is an actor passionate about acting, theatre, and creativity. He began in the world of theatre in Olot at the age of 11, where he was directed by Jaime Blanch and Marta Puig. This passion led him to train in performing arts from his high school years, studying Performing Arts – Acting at ERAM, and complementing it with acting seminars.
Pol Toro’s career is marked by his versatility and talent in various formats. He has worked in film, television, and theatre, gaining experience in several notable productions. Among his film and television work, he stands out for his participation in the miniseries “Crossfire“ (2022), directed by Tessa Hoffe, for the BBC and Dancing Ledge Productions, as well as his role in the film “Donde Caben Dos“ (2021), directed by Paco Caballero and distributed by FILMAX. He has also been part of the cast of the series “Com Si Fos Ahir” (2021), directed by Esteve Rovira for TV3, and was part of the cast of the film “Malnazidos” (2019), directed by Javier Ruiz Caldera and Alberto de Toro, also from FILMAX.
In the world of theatre, Pol continues to grow as an actor and creator. He premiered his own play “Un Segundo Bajo la Arena” with the Colectivo Desasosiego at Fira Tàrrega 2022, as part of the creation support program, in addition to having participated in works such as “Jo Encara No Somio Amb Gent Amb Mascareta“ (2020), directed by Carla Rovira, or “Si los Limones Supieran…” (2017), directed by Juan Pablo Miranda.
