“Eduquem la Creativació” Awards for the Creative Project of ERAM and Oxford Generation
Eduquem la Creativació Awards, from the Fundació Privada per la Creativació, are awards that recognise and reward educational initiatives that promote creativity and innovation in the educational system.
ERAM has participated jointly with the renowned brand Oxford (Hamelin Brands) in the Educational Project Award by collaborating in co-creation of brand communication. The objective was to create dynamic and current advertising spots for the prestigious brand’s social networks.
The first step was to generate a dynamic to find out what young people like in relation to brand communication and how it influences their purchasing decision.
The next step was to start working with specific examples, without knowing although the Oxford brand was behind this challenge.
Later, Oxford explained its values and strategy and launched the challenge of making some spots for the brand. Each of the 60 students worked with different proposals, and the jury selected 6.
The videos were filmed and post-produced, and these are part of the brand’s communication on social networks in countries such as Spain, Portugal and others where the brand is present.
This project has helped to position the Oxford brand, demonstrating the importance of collaboration between brands and young creatives to achieve positive and transformative results.
The awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday 12 June at 6:30 pm at the Girona Hub (Farinera Teixidor). Terenci Corominas, a professor at ERAM who led the project, will attend, along with the students of the Degree in Audiovisual and Multimedia Communication who participated in the production of the spots.
