“SOL” and “REVERSO” selected at the Sitges Film Festival
The projects selected for the Sitges Film Festival, belonging to the ERAM University School, are the short films SOL by Hans Ludwig and REVERSO by Pau Ensesa. This selection within the prestigious Sitges – International Fantastic Film Festival of Catalonia in the New Visions section highlights emerging talent.
The SGAE Nova Autoria Awards, with a history dating back to 2000, reach their twentieth anniversary at Sitges. This festival is the perfect setting to celebrate two decades of support for audiovisual productions by students from universities and film schools in Catalonia. The SGAE Foundation awards aim to discover, promote, and disseminate these works.
Many of the authors who have been recognized through these awards are now prominent professionals in the audiovisual sector. These creators have unique stories and perspectives to offer, the result of an intense process of training and studies. The SGAE Nova Autoria Awards serve as a bridge connecting these emerging talents with the audience and the professional sector, giving them the opportunity to share their narratives with the world. This celebration of twenty years is a testament to their importance and their continued influence in the film industry.
